Vykuhie.com provides mobile barista services for events and parties. Our services include professional coffee preparation, equipment setup, and beverage service at your specified location.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

- The venue is unsuitable or unsafe for operation

- Weather conditions pose risks to equipment or staff

- Required permits or permissions are not obtained

- The request conflicts with our operational capabilities

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Vykuhie.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vykuhie.com and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Liability Limitations

Vykuhie.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Events beyond our reasonable control

- Third-party actions or negligence

- Customer equipment or property damage unless caused by gross negligence

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

- 48+ hours notice: Full refund minus processing fees

- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund

- Less than 24 hours: No refund

Force majeure events will be evaluated individually.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation

2. Mediation if necessary

3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

All proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with local laws.
